Yes, we require a 50% deposit to start all projects. Work will begin once the deposit has been paid, and the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due within 15 calendar days from project completion. The project will not be handed over until full payment is received.

We accept cash, e-transfer, or cheque only. Overdue invoices may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Payment details will be provided in your project agreement.

Yes, you can cancel your maintenance plan at any time with 30 days notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. We believe in earning your business through quality service.

If you have a maintenance plan, we'll fix issues promptly at no additional cost (unless caused by third-party modifications). Without a maintenance plan, we offer support at $40/hour CAD. We also provide 30-day post-launch support for all new websites.
